Social Innovation Forum
Lauren (she/her/hers) joined the Social Innovation Forum (SIF) in June 2023 as the Communications & Events co-op from Northeastern University. In this role, she supports the Communications & Brand Manager in managing projects and events such as the production of SIF's 2023 Annual Report and assists in the planning and coordination of the Warm Winter Welcome.
Lauren is going into her senior year at Northeastern University, where she is majoring in Psychology and Music, with a minor in Ethnomusicology. Lauren is currently the president of the Northeastern University Botanical Society where she plans and facilitates club meetings and ecological volunteer opportunities for the members. Her experience in volunteering programs at Northeastern University has deepened her interest in community engagement and asset-based community development. Lauren is excited to engage with the SIF community in a new way, and grow her skills and knowledge about the nonprofit and philanthropic sector.
