Communications & Events Co-op

Education
Candidate for BA in Communications and Media Screen Studies at Northeastern University (Expected Graduation in December 2024)

Radhika (she/her/hers) joined the Social Innovation Forum (SIF) in January 2023 as a Communications and Events Co-op from Northeastern University. In this role, she works with the Communications and Brand Manager to assist in the production and management of communication materials as well as the planning of SIF’s annual Social Innovator Showcase.

Radhika is currently in her third year at Northeastern University, pursuing a Bachelor of Arts in Communications and Media Screen Studies, with minors in Journalism and Oratory Speaking. During her time at Northeastern, her coursework has largely influenced her desire to grow a deeper understanding and connection to the social issues in Greater Boston. She recently published a community driven piece for the Scope (Northeastern Editorial) about family support groups of substance abuse in Boston. She is currently on the board of Northeastern’s South Asian Undergraduate Organization, where she creates and manages their social media presence as well as help plan  their large-scale events. At SIF, Radhika is very excited to continue to apply and learn more about how communications and media can help her contribute and connect to the local community.
