Saejin (she/her/hers) joined the Social Innovation Forum (SIF) team in January 2022 as Special Projects Coordinator. She works with the Director of Strategy & Operations and senior leadership team on initiatives to advance the organization’s mission, including supporting SIF's new national initiative, CORE (Community Organizations Reimagining Ecosystems, and managing the SIF coworking space. Additionally, Saejin supports the full SIF team in advancing organizational goals, building the organization’s capacity, and managing relationships with key stakeholders.
While pursuing a degree in Piano Performance at Boston University, Saejin became passionate about using the arts as a platform to address systemic issues. This led her to intern with the Longwood Symphony Orchestra and the Arts|Lab which sparked her interest in supporting nonprofits in the Boston community. Saejin is currently enrolled at Northeastern University studying toward a Masters in Nonprofit Management. She is inspired to deepen her understanding in the core competencies of fundraising, policy, and strategic management in the nonprofit sector. Continuous learning is a passion for Saejin and she is excited to learn from the SIF community. Saejin looks forward to building connections in Greater Boston and contributing to positive change through SIF.
