Social Innovation Forum
Elizabeth (she/her/hers) joined the Social Innovation Forum (SIF) in January 2020 as a Data and Evaluation Consultant supporting the organization’s theory of change process. Over the course of three months, she will develop systems and tools for measuring SIF’s success at achieving the desired outcomes of our work with nonprofit organizations and funders. Additionally, Elizabeth will support the development team through a project designed to help us better understand the community of individuals and volunteers who regularly engage with SIF’s events and programming.
Following a career in higher education philanthropy, Elizabeth comes to SIF with seven years of experience connecting funders with meaningful opportunities for social impact. She is a Certified Fundraising Executive (CFRE) with a background in major gift fundraising at Brown University and UC Berkeley. At UC Berkeley, she also helped to build and manage the university’s Innovator Engagement program, an award-winning platform for facilitating connections among alumni, faculty, students, industry, startups, investors, and entrepreneurs. She is currently an MPA candidate at Brown University, where she conducts research on Rhode Island’s philanthropy and nonprofit landscape for The Policy Lab and supports the Division of Advancement through proposal and grant writing. She is thrilled to join the SIF community and looks forward to helping the organization measure the effectiveness of their work to strengthen and support the nonprofit sector.
