Jillian Levine

Jillian (she/her/hers) joined the Social Innovation Forum (SIF) in August 2025 as Operations Manager & Executive Assistant. She supports the operational systems and workplace experience that keep SIF running effectively, and supports the Executive Director on strategic planning and engagement with the SIF Board.

With over a decade of experience in nonprofit operations, philanthropy, and talent management, Jillian is passionate about making nonprofits a great place to work. She is honored to contribute to SIF’s mission and community impact.

Most recently, Jillian served as Talent Recruitment Specialist at Roxbury Prep, overseeing district-wide staffing and talent engagement. Prior to that, she worked at Combined Jewish Philanthropies (CJP) as Associate Director of Philanthropic Connections, where she supported the Women’s Philanthropy Board, managed giving societies, and designed donor engagement events.

Jillian lives in Arlington with her wife, two young daughters, and their dog, Boba. In her free time, she enjoys growing herbs and vegetables and experimenting with new recipes.
