
Matt (he/him/his) joined the Social Innovation Forum (SIF) team in May 2018 as a Program Intern through Yale University’s Alumni Community Service Fellowship. In this role, Matt conducts research on Boston-area social impact organizations, coordinates outreach to nonprofit leaders, and manages recruitment and application evaluation for the Social Innovation Forum’s flagship Nonprofit Accelerator.
Matt is a rising sophomore at Yale University, pursuing a degree in History and Spanish. At Yale, he works with Junta For Progressive Action, where he supports New Haven’s immigrant communities by teaching Know Your Rights workshops and serving as an English-Spanish interpreter for free immigration legal clinics. He is also a documentary filmmaker, working to highlight powerful stories of injustice and hope on screen. Matt is inspired by nonprofit leaders who work tirelessly to combat social injustice in Boston and beyond, and he is excited to support their efforts during his time at SIF.
