As the Director of Programs, Tanya (she/her/hers) leads the design and management of the Social Innovation Form’s programmatic initiatives to support nonprofit capacity building. In this role, she oversees the organization’s flagship Nonprofit Accelerator (Social Innovator Accelerator), which helps nonprofit organizations expand their reach and strengthen their impact. She oversees the in-depth search and selection process for the Accelerator, where she has the opportunity to meet hundreds of nonprofit leaders, passionate funders, and social issue experts each year. Tanya recruits and manages a team of consultants who support the cohort of nonprofit Social Innovators through the intense first six-months of the Accelerator, which includes the March Social Issue Talk series and the Social Innovator Showcase. Additionally, Tanya is responsible for the design and execution of SIF’s Capacity Camp program, a condensed version of the Accelerator first piloted in 2016, as well as for leading the design and evaluation of new programs to build the capacity of nonprofit organizations in greater Boston.
Tanya joined the Social Innovation Forum in 2014 as the Lead Consultant / Director for the Nonprofit Accelerator. Prior to the Social Innovation Forum, Tanya was Director of Operations at the Boston Debate League (BDL), where she built and developed various systems aimed at improving the efficiency and scalability of BDL’s programs. Tanya also brings more than five years of experience working in financial services at JPMorgan and Brown Brothers Harriman & Co., where she worked before receiving her MBA at Yale School of Management. Tanya received her BA from Boston University.
