A night of innovation, inspiration, and impact

Eight social justice nonprofits featured at SIF's 2023 Social Innovator Showcase

On Wednesday, May 17, the Social Innovation Forum (SIF) put on our annual Social Innovator Showcase at the beautiful Artists for Humanity Epicenter in South Boston. We had close to a full house of 278 philanthropists, business leaders, and potential supporters come listen to our 2023 Social Innovators pitch their inspiring solutions to our region’s toughest social issues.

The Social Innovators were once again the stars of the evening and we look forward to sharing videos of their presentations in the coming weeks. In the meantime, please visit their websites to learn more about them or download our 2023 Social Innovator Guide.

2023 Social Innovators

Many thanks to the student photographers from Artists For Humanity for capturing photos of our event. Also, thanks to Zumix (2006 Social Innovator) for providing a music album featuring a variety of talented artists in their program, as well as Company One Theatre (a 2015 Social Innovator) for their invigorating live performance of their upcoming production “The Boy Who Kissed the Sky” as our halftime segment. Karthik Subramanian, Managing Director, came on stage to share more about C1 and the performers who would perform Jimi Hendrix’s, Red House, and Prince’s One Kiss at a Time . On stage, we had Lemuel Maldonado, rocking it as our lead vocalist; Martinez McNeil, killing it on the electric guitar, and Jeremy Carrasco Ramos, playing smooth transitions on the keyboard. Don’t forget to reserve your ticket to their upcoming production.
