Nonprofit leaders and staff are facing heightened levels of burnout, uncertainty, and ongoing change. In the midst of these pressures, reconnecting to what truly matters can serve as a powerful and steady anchor. Join SIF and Dr. Stephanie Palacios for an interactive workshop designed to help participants pause, reflect, and realign with the values that ground and guide their work.
Through guided reflection, small-group discussion, and practical exercises, participants will reconnect with their sense of purpose, gain clarity on what supports or depletes their values day to day, and identify small shifts to stay grounded and aligned with their “why” even in the face of uncertainty.
This session is open to all nonprofit professionals, including leaders and staff. Participants are invited to join individually or with a small group from their organization.
