Social Innovation ForumElevatED is a cohort learning experience for Executive Directors who are new to their role or organization in the past three years and want to elevate their leadership. Topics will include navigating and thriving through change, setting and sticking to organizational and individual priorities, and building strong board and staff teams.
Purpose:
Increase your network by building a sense of connected and shared experience across the cohort.
Provide a trusted space for you to engage on topics that are timely, challenging, and for which you may not otherwise have a source of support.
Increase your leadership capacity and skills through the introduction of new content, perspectives, and experiences.
Positively impact your organization by orienting you to new tools and resources that can be shared with your team.
