Board engagement is not just about meetings and tasks — it’s about relationships. How do you want your board members to show up, and what kind of partnership do you want to cultivate with them? This lunchtime session offers you an opportunity to connect with other Executive Directors while exploring board engagement as an intentional strategy to meet your organization’s needs and to strengthen the relationships that make this work possible.
Together we will:
- Complete a short assessment of your board’s current state.
- Reflect on your leadership intentions for engagement and partnership.
- Share strategies with peers who face similar challenges.
- Begin drafting an initial action plan tailored to your organization.
You’ll leave with clarity, renewed perspective, and practical ideas for engaging your board in ways that foster stronger, more supportive relationships.
