Executive Director Lunch: Team Leadership in Uncertain Times

-

SIF office | 77 Franklin Street, 9th floor, Boston, MA 02110

Join other Executive Directors from SIF’s Nonprofit Network for conversation and connection. This Executive Director Lunch will explore strategies for team leadership in this tumultuous time.

  • How do you lead from a grounded place during the current federal administration?
  • Given the rapidly changing landscape, how do you get clear about your organizational priorities, decision-making structure, and tools?
  • How do you attend to a healthy team culture during this time?
  • How do you honor the desire for work-life balance while still getting the work done? How do you slow down in a moment when it feels like we need to speed up?

During this interactive session, Executive Directors will participate in small and large group discussions, explore case studies, and share their experiences in a confidential environment.

In order to create a space for Executive Directors to connect openly, we kindly ask that folks in other roles do not register for this session. If you have a question about whether you are the intended audience for the session, please contact Zane Diamond at zdiamond@socialinnovationforum.org.
