This workshop is designed for emerging leaders to strengthen their skills in giving and receiving feedback to managers, peers, and supervisees. The goal of this workshop is for participants to understand that giving and receiving feedback is not one-size-fits all. They will reflect on what they need to feel safe/comfortable receiving feedback and they'll learn how to customize their feedback for anyone on their team. Participants will learn 4 basic steps to giving meaningful feedback in a way that feels safe for both the giver and receiver. They'll learn the importance of appreciation in offering feedback and will walk away with three questions they can use to start any feedback discussion.
This event is open to staff at any alumni Innovator organization, as well as others in SIF’s nonprofit community. If you would like more information or to RSVP, please contact Jenna at jnackel@socialinnovationforum.org.
