Surviving to Thriving: How Nonprofits are Supporting Youth During the Pandemic and Beyond

-

More Than Words, 242 E Berkeley St, Boston MA 02118

The pandemic was difficult for all of us, and especially for young people who have faced disruptions impacting their learning and social emotional wellbeing. Join the Social Innovation Forum for a learning session that brings funders and nonprofit staff together for conversation about the challenges young people are facing, how nonprofits are working to support them, and what funders can do to partner in this work. The event will consist of an interactive panel discussion, small group conversation, and time for networking.

Panelists

Michael Christian, Board President, Someone Else’s Child

Carolina De Jesus, CEO, Boston Higher Education Resource Center

Lenward Gatison, Assistant Director, Young Man with a Plan

Karen Pfefferle, Executive Director, Wellington Management Foundation
