Home & Healthy for Good

The Massachusetts Housing and Shelter Alliance (MHSA) is a statewide nonprofit dedicated to ending homelessness in Massachusetts. Through advocacy, collaboration, education, and innovative program development, MHSA focuses on permanent supportive housing and is dedicated to innovative solutions that reduce public reliance on costly and ineffective emergency resources, and that bring our poorest and most disabled neighbors home for good. In 2006, MHSA introduced Home & Healthy for Good (HHG) to Massachusetts as the Commonwealth’s first statewide Housing First initiative to end homelessness. HHG provides permanent supportive housing for people experiencing chronic or long-term homelessness.
