MissionSAFE

MissionSAFE is a trauma-responsive youth development organization that works with high- and proven-risk youth in Boston focusing on personal growth, leadership, educational support, and workforce development. The organization works primarily with youth of color in low-income neighborhoods of Boston who are impacted by Chronic Complex Trauma, and are often involved in violent/illegal activity, failing in school, and/or demonstrate problematic behaviors. Our mission is to work with youth to gain the skills, joy, and confidence to thrive, not just survive, and give back to their communities.
