Rediscovery House is a pre-independent living, community based group home with a 1:4 staff to youth ratio which supports youth who are preparing to age out state custody. We offer a continuum of services to youth in a therapeutic trauma informed home taking an individualized approach to ensure a successful transition into adulthood.
