Candidate for BS in Sociology and minor in Business Administration at Northeastern University

As the Communications & Program Support Co-Op, Allyson (she/her/hers) supports social media management, web content development, market research, nonprofit outreach, and event planning for both SIF and its partners. In this role, Allyson works closely with the Communications and Brand Manager in helping engage a range of stakeholders in SIF’s work, as well as supporting the Social Innovator Accelerator and Alumni & Nonprofit Network Program Directors in program planning and implementation initiatives.

Allyson is currently enrolled as an undergraduate student at Northeastern University’s College of Social Sciences and Humanities. On campus, she’s involved in Hong Kong Student Association, Phi Alpha Delta, Kappa Phi Lambda Sorority Inc., and Women in Pre-Law. Allyson is interested in gaining experience in understanding the foundations of nonprofit organizations and exposure to a variety of community initiatives. In her free time, she enjoys going to concerts, being active, and running her nail business. Allyson is excited to bring her ambition for helping underserved communities and advocating for accessible resources to the SIF team.
