Jaime Garcia

Jaime Garcia joined SIF as Finance and Operations Manager in May 2026, bringing more than 20 years of operations, finance, and organizational management experience across the nonprofit, corporate, manufacturing, and service sectors.

Prior to joining SIF, Jaime founded and launched a local nonprofit organization in 2024 focused on supporting local families in need. In recent roles Jaime has had a strong focus on operational strategy, organizational growth planning, systems and data integrity initiatives, and financial management. Earlier in her career, Jaime held finance and operations leadership roles in nonprofit, corporate, manufacturing, and service-based organizations, developing expertise in process improvement, financial planning, and organizational effectiveness.

Jaime is passionate about SIF's mission and looks forward to joining the team in maximizing impact and achieving sustainable growth.
