SIF Office, 77 Franklin St. 9th Floor, Boston, MA 02110

Join the Social Innovation Forum for a timely workshop to discuss how to create or build anti-racist fundraising practices in your organization.

The workshop will explore how we've been socialized around money through a reflective "Things You Learned About Money" exercise, then dive into examining racism in philanthropy and myth-busting common misconceptions that can hinder equitable fundraising. The session includes lunch and culminates in a collaborative discussion on how you can build and sustain an anti-racist culture of philanthropy within your organization.

This workshop is designed specifically for leaders including Executive Directors, Development Directors, and other development team members and will provide actionable strategies grounded in real experience. Come ready to learn, share challenges you're facing, and leave with concrete ideas to advance racial equity in your fundraising work.

This interactive session was co-designed by Isa Woldeguiorguis (2022 Innovator) and Alyson Molloy Hussey (SIF Consultant) in order to explore ways to implement anti-racist practices in development work.
